Mushroom Gruyere Quiche
A savory quiche with mushrooms and Gruyere cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, sauté mushrooms until tender.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place pie crust in pie dish. Spread sautéed mushrooms and shredded Gruyere cheese evenly in the crust.
Pour egg mixture over mushrooms and cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until quiche is set and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
