  • 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite dish.
