  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 100 g Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. 4. Spread the cooked mushrooms over the toasted bread.
  5. 5. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
