  • 3 units Eggs large
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add eggs and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.

  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the cooked mushrooms with goat cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Cut into squares using a ravioli cutter.
  6. 6. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square. Brush edges with water, top with another square, and press to seal.
