  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 piece Flatbread
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  4. 4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. 5. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
