- 1 lb Mushrooms finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 small Shallot finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Dry White Wine
- to taste Salt and Pepper

2. Add shallots and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Add mushrooms, cook until liquid evaporates.
4. Pour in white wine, cook until absorbed.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
