Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Top each baguette slice with the mushroom mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve warm.
