  • 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the mushroom mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve warm.
