Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Mushroom caps stems removed
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
