  • 12 pieces Mushroom caps stems removed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
