Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Toast in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the mushroom mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
