Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. 4. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Strain the broth and serve hot.
