Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 2 large Bell peppers, sliced any color
  • 250 g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 small Tortillas warmed

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the mixture in warmed tortillas.
