Mushroom and Wild Rice Stuffing Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups wild rice cooked
- 1 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
Stir in the cooked wild rice, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, until the top is slightly crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
