Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup Mushrooms chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 head Lettuce leaves separated
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and chopped mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in cooked quinoa, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
