Ingredients

  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Flour all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cook until mushrooms are tender.
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. 5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot over your favorite dish.
