Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup edamame shelled
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked quinoa and shelled edamame, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. 6. Finally, add the chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
