Main Ingredients
- 1 bottle Red Wine 750ml
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 5 pieces Cloves
- 1 piece Star Anise
- 1 piece Orange sliced
1. Pour the wine into a large saucepan.
2. Add the orange juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
3. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the orange slices and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Do not boil.
5. Serve warm, garnished with additional orange slices if desired.
