Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, toasted walnuts, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well combined.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional olive oil and chopped walnuts if desired.
