Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, toasted walnuts, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well combined.
  4. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional olive oil and chopped walnuts if desired.
