- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides.
In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mozzarella mixture.
Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
