  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the tomatoes with the mozzarella mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
