Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Mozzarella sticks
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all sticks.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
