Mozzarella Pesto Panini Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make panini with mozzarella and pesto.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Ciabatta or sourdough
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese Fresh
- 4 tablespoon Pesto Homemade or store-bought
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Preheat your panini press.
2. Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place mozzarella slices on two of the bread slices.
4. Top with the other bread slices, pesto side down.
5. Brush the outside of the sandwiches with olive oil.
6. Grill in the panini press for 3-5 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
