Mostly-Veggie Baked Macaroni

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Macaroni uncooked
- 1 cup Broccoli chopped
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, broccoli, and carrots. Pour cheese sauce over and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
