Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, broccoli, and carrots. Pour cheese sauce over and mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
