  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 6 oz White Rum
  • 2 cups Club Soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice and rum, and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  3. 3. Add the club soda and ice, and stir gently to combine.
  4. 4. Serve in glasses garnished with extra mint leaves and lime slices if desired.
