Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
