Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic halved
Toppings
- to taste Tomatoes diced
- to taste Basil chopped
- to taste Mozzarella sliced
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices.
Brush each slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Rub each slice with the halved garlic clove.
Top with your choice of diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and sliced mozzarella.
