  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic halved

Toppings

  • to taste Tomatoes diced
  • to taste Basil chopped
  • to taste Mozzarella sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch slices.
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Rub each slice with the halved garlic clove.
  6. Top with your choice of diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and sliced mozzarella.
