Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 5 pieces Pepperoncini Peppers

Instructions 

  1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Place the butter on top of the roast, then add the pepperoncini peppers.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the roast is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Shred the roast with two forks and serve.
