Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu mixture. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
