Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm Tofu drained and cubed
  • 3 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu mixture. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
