Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 1 packet Dashi granules
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 1 block Tofu cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped
1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the dashi granules and stir until dissolved.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the miso paste. Stir until the miso is completely dissolved.
4. Add the tofu cubes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and add the chopped green onions. Serve hot.
