  • 4 cups dashi Japanese soup stock
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 0.5 cup tofu cubed
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup wakame seaweed soaked and drained

Instructions 

  1. Heat dashi in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add miso paste, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Add tofu, green onions, and wakame.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
