- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 3 tablespoon Miso Paste
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the miso mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
