  • 3 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the miso mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
