Miso Ramen Recipe
A comforting bowl of miso ramen with rich broth, noodles, and toppings.

Broth
- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoon Miso paste
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Toppings
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 pieces Soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1 stalk Green onion, chopped
1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
2. Add miso paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until miso is dissolved.
3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. Divide noodles into bowls. Pour broth over noodles.
5. Top with baby spinach, soft-boiled eggs, sliced mushrooms, and green onion.
