Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm.
  2. Whisk in the sugar and miso paste until fully dissolved.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry, then add to the saucepan.
  4. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into serving dishes and let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
