Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Cod 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 unit Orange zested and juiced
  • 1 unit Lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 units Green Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, orange zest, and lemon zest.
  3. Place each cod fillet on a piece of parchment paper. Spoon the miso mixture over the fillets.
  4. Top with green onions and grated ginger. Fold the parchment paper over the fish and crimp the edges to seal.
  5. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and carefully open the packets. Serve immediately.
