  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon Mint extract
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  3. 3. Remove the chocolate from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the mint extract.
  4. 4. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Add sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix until well combined.
  5. 5. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
