Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
