Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh fish (such as tilapia or snapper), diced
  • ½ cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Diced red onion
  • 1 unit Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 unit Avocado, diced
  • 12 unit Mini taco shells
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced fish and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate and cook the fish.
  2. 2. Add the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and avocado to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Spoon the ceviche mixture into the mini taco shells.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
