Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the millet under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the millet and salt.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. If using, stir in the milk and sweetener, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, topped with fruits, nuts, or any toppings of your choice.
