- 1 cup Millet
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Spinach
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Cook the millet in water until tender, about 15 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked millet, grated carrots, chopped spinach, and salt.
3. Form the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
