- 4 ears corn husked
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup cotija cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 unit lime cut into wedges
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Brush the corn with mayonnaise while still hot.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese, chili powder, and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
