Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add the black beans, corn, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve the chicken and bean mixture over the cooked rice.
