Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa.
  5. Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Spread the beef mixture over the chips, then top with remaining chips and shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
