Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef mixture, black beans, corn, and salsa.
Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread the beef mixture over the chips, then top with remaining chips and shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
