Mexican Bean Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can Corn kernels drained
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
