Ingredients

  • 1 large Cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 leaves Mint for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine the chopped cantaloupe, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and salt.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with mint leaves.
