Main Ingredients
- 1 large Cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 leaves Mint for garnish
1. In a blender, combine the chopped cantaloupe, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve cold, garnished with mint leaves.
