Melon Cucumber Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 large cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve cold, garnished with extra mint leaves if desired.
