Main Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
2. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla.
3. Layer the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and mixed greens on top of the hummus.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
