Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 pieces pita bread
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Warm pita bread in a dry skillet or oven.
  4. Assemble pitas by adding cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
