- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken strips, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Warm pita bread in a dry skillet or oven.
Assemble pitas by adding cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
