Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, garlic, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
