Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 4 rolls Sub rolls
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  5. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Place meatballs in sub rolls, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake subs in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
