Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Form mixture into meatballs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
Place meatballs in sub rolls, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake subs in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
