Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 large Egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a blender, combine egg, lemon juice, and mustard.
2. Blend on medium speed until combined.
3. With the blender running, slowly add the oil in a steady stream.
4. Blend until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
5. Season with salt to taste.
