Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha Powder
  • 1 cup Brewed Green Tea cooled
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of matcha powder until smooth.
  3. 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. 4. Dip the ladyfingers into the brewed green tea and layer them in a baking dish.
  5. 5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. 6. Repeat the layers, ending with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. 7. Dust the top with the remaining matcha powder.
  8. 8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
