Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 2 teaspoon Matcha powder
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoon Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, but do not let it boil.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and whisk in the matcha powder until fully dissolved.
  4. 4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the mixture and stir until completely melted and combined.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
